Funny that North still sees opportunities in playing the game. Both 3NT and 4 are possible for NS. West does not let this happen and bids 4. I think he has to bid this anyway.
Because you make it. At our table 3
+1; our teammates 4 contract.

Trick1: K – 2 – 8 – Q
Trick2: A
Trick3: 9 – 10 - 3 - 9
Trick4: to the A
Trick5: Q - K - A - 2
Trick6: J
Trick7: A
Trick8: Q and let it run for the K
Trick 9: continued, ruffed by South
Because the were 3-3 devided you ruff anything in North and the are high.
If the were 4-2 you can discard 2 on the K and the high .
4 contract was also played at the other table(s). No difference therefore.
There was a difference on board 7.

Comment on 2:
If North bids 2 after 2, South can bid 2.
We play this slightly game-invite,5-card and 3-card .
Trick1: 10 - 4! - Q - 3
Trick2: 8 (-signal) - 7 - 9 - J
Trick3: A - 2 - 3 - 3, ruffed from length
Trick4: Q - A - 2 - 5!
Trick5: K - 4 - 6! - 10
Trick6: K, in North discarded, ruffed with J
Trick7: to A from North
Now I could reach dummy with 2 to 4 and discarded the last on 6.
That’s why the ! are placed after 4 en 5.
An unbelievable +790. At the other table 4 -2. Total profit: +990.
At this end a nice bidding sequence:

I, East, wanted to tell:
I have the side controls.
I want to play .
I have a hand with tricks, if West has 10+ points and a 5-card .
This I could do with one bid, 5. Beautiful isn’t it?
The reality:
The lead from North: , the 7 the 8 to the J.
West first played A and North put his bare Q.
To be 100% sure the trumps were played first. After that the rest.
The -suit were only 4 tricks, North had 10 and 4 more.
So 6 just made. (Other table 4 +2).
